Al Noor City Djibouti Launching 28/07/08

Dubai based developer plan cities accross Africa. The 28 of July 2008 Al Noor City Investment company launched Al Noor City Djibouti in the beautiful Kempinsky hotel of Djibouti. The developer, which is owned by Tarek Mohammed Binlanden, a principal shareholder in Saudi Binladen Group is planning a $170bn scheme to create two cities in Djibouti and Yemen, linked by the 28.5 kms bridge across the red sea.
