This Terms of Service & Terms of Use ("Agreement") along with the e-News1 Acceptable Use Policy, set forth your obligations, e-News1 obligations, and the rules you must follow when using the e-News1.com portal ("Site").

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. Your registration, payment for or use of the Site and/or Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by the charges, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including those incorporated by reference. This is a binding agreement between you (the Member as client), and the e-News1 entity that provides your web pages.

This Agreement is based on four general principles. First, e-News1 supports our customers' right to free expression. Second, e-News1 will give our customers clear notice of any meaningful limitations on the Service. Third, e-News1 will give our customers clear information about the experience they can expect when using our Service. 1. Changes to the Service & This Agreement

From time to time, we may change this Agreement, the Site, or Service, including the rates and charges. We will provide you a notice of the changes directly online.

2. e-News1 Internet Service Description

The Service is to publish web pages (News / Information). The Site will promote you / products by registering your page(s) in the most popular search engines such as Google.

3. Information

The agreement between e-News1 and its clients is based on thrust, the information provided by the client is 100% under his responsibility. That means, e-News1 will never be responsible about wrong information published by e-News1, information who can creates conflicts between partners or any other problem due to the content or visual (images) published on e-News1.
By approving this " Terms and Conditions" you certify that all information provided to e-News1 is correct and based on legal document that we may ask at anytime.

e-News1 will not accept illegal materials according Internet genral racist terms or description, violence promotion or incitation, politics orientation or religious propaganda.

At any time, e-News1 can disconnect a page without contacting the client if we consider that your page is not following our rules and regulation or for ethic purpose.
In this case, e-News1 will reimburse the client but will retain 40% of the amount paid by the client for administrative cost.

4. Charges and payments

Any payment done will not be reimbursed by e-News1 to the client if the client decided to cancel his order or if e-News1 webmaster remove or reject a page for non respect of our rules and regulations or for ethic purpose.
